Royce has been involved in many interesting and varied projects over the years, including manufacturing the bottom bracket for Chris Boardman to use in the Lotus bike to take gold at the Olympic Games in 1992 and designing and producing special Stealth Nipples for Chris Boardman which, along with Royce hubs, helped him to break the Athletes Hour Record at the Manchester Velodrome in October 2000.
