Total Cycling will accept returns as long as the goods are returned in unused and unopened condition and reach us at the address specified below within 28 days of receipt of your order. Shipping costs on returns will be paid by the customer.

You must contact us for the correct returns procedure and a return authorization number. The easiest way to contact us is by email or you can also telephone us. Calls operational between Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Incorrect Items

If you have received an incorrect item it may be returned for exchange or refund. In an instance where an incorrect item has been received Total Cycling will pay for the return shipping. Please email us prior to returning an item so we can advise which shipping method to use. 

Any return shipping costs incurred, above what we deem to be acceptable, without our prior authorisation, may not be refunded.

Warranty Items

Please note that manufacturer's warranties DO NOT cover shipping costs and these are normally paid by the consumer. In genuine warranty cases Total Cycling will ship the repaired product or replacement product free of charge to the customer. The customer will only be responsible for the cost of shipping the item to Total Cycling.
