Orders can be placed via the website, www.TotalCycling.com.com using a variety of payment options including Credit Card, PayPal, Cheque and Bank Transfer.

When going through the online checkout process you can create an account or use our guest checkout. TotalCycling.com can only accept orders online; we do not accept orders by phone, fax or email.
You will need to follow the below steps to place on order with TotalCycling.com:

4.Log In, Create a New Account, Use our Guest Checkout
5.Enter a Delivery Address
6.Select a Postage Option
7.Provide Your Payment Information

You can create an account before placing your first order by following the below steps:
1.Click on ‘My Account ‘ on the top right of any page
2.Click on ‘Log in’ on the left hand navigation
3.Click on the ‘Create A New Account’
4.Complete the ‘Set Up an Account’ page choose a secure password before clicking ‘Create Account’
Find the Products that you wish to Purchase
Using the search bar at the top of all TotalCycling.com pages you will be able to find whatever golfing products you are looking for. You will be able to search by Brand, Product Name or Category. You can also use our tab structure along the top and the category list down the left hand side to find exactly what you are looking for. When you see the product that you are looking for just click on the product name to take you to product page, here you will find more detailed information on the product you have selected. This page will give you a description, images, availability and delivery options of the product that you have selected.
Add these Products to Your Basket
Once you have found the products that you would like buy from TotalCycling.com, click on the ‘BUY’ on the product page beside the option, size and colour that you would like. Once you have added the product or products to your basket you can continue to search and browsing until you have all the products you want to order. You can go to your ‘Basket’ at any stage buy clicking on the ‘Basket’ link on the top right of any page.
Proceed To Checkout
TotalCycling.com suggests that you review the products in your Basket. Once you are happy with the products that you have your basket you can click ‘Proceed To Checkout’ You will then be taken to the checkout process.
If you wish to pay by PayPal you can select ‘Check out with PayPal’ below the ‘Proceed To Checkout’ button
Log In, Create a New Account, Use our Guest Checkout
If you are new to TotalCycling.com you have two options when starting the checkout process:
1.Create an account for TotalCycling.com
2.Use our Guest Checkout (No account will be created)
To Create an account for TotalCycling.com
1.Click ‘Create A New Account’
2.Enter Your Email Address – This is address that TotalCycling.com will send information to about this order or any other orders placed in the future.
3.Enter a Password for your TotalCycling.com Account
4.You will then be asked for your Billing Information, Contact Details, Security Questions and given the opportunity to opt in to our mailing list.
5.You can now create your account by clicking ‘Create Account’
To Create a Guest Checkout
1.Click ‘Checkout As Guest’
2.Enter Your Email Address
3.You will then be asked for your Billing Information and Contact Details
4.You can now continue by clicking ‘Submit and Continue’
If you are an existing Customer you simple have to login to your account
Enter a Delivery Address
Let us know where you would like your order delivered.
The full address is required including postcode. You have the option to select your delivery address to be the same as your billing address.
Select a Postage Option
You can now choose your delivery method and how quickly you would like to receive your order (Please note there could be additional charges for quicker delivery). TotalCycling.com offer Free delivery to the majority of countries. TotalCycling.com will select the cheapest delivery method by default.
If TotalCycling.com offer alternative delivery choice to your country these will be listed at this point. You simply click on the delivery option that you wish to choose, your delivery price will then be updated.
Estimated despatch times will also be listed. (Please allow additional times for custom made products)

Provide Your Payment Information
Credit Card
TotalCycling.com accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo and any other UK Based debit Cards. If you are paying by credit card, enter the Card Holder Name then the Card number without spaces. You will then be asked for the Card Type, Start and Expiry Date, Issue Number and Security Digits.
Once this is complete click ‘Pay By Card’
You will then be taken to the Order Summary Page.
PayPal
If you wish to pay by PayPal click ‘Check out with PayPal’. You will them be redirected to the PayPal site which will process your Payment.
You will then be taken to the Order Summary Page.
Cheque
If you wish to pay by cheque click ‘Pay By Cheque’.
You will then be taken to the Order Summary Page.
Bank Transfer
If you wish to pay by Bank Transfer click ‘Pay By Bank Transfer’.
You will then be taken to the Order Summary Page.
Review and Submit Your Order to TotalCycling.com
You can now check any information that you have provided and make any necessary adjustments. Once you are happy with the information provided you can complete your order by clicking on the ‘Place Order’ at the bottom of the page. You will then receive an order confirmation number and a confirmation email will be sent to your email account. |
