Is it safe to use my credit card on-line? [+] Show[+] Hide
Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. Our web site uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). When you place your order you will be taken onto a secure server. You may view the server's security certificate by right-clicking on the mouse button on the order page where credit card details are requested, click on "properties" and then left-click on "certificates".

How can I pay for my order? [+] Show[+] Hide
We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard either via our secure on-line order form or by fax +44 (0)28 71352153.
We cannot accept personal cheques from international customers as these can take six weeks to clear, we will accept International Money orders in GBP or in your currency at the current exchange rate but these will also take two weeks to clear. Please make your money orders payable to Total Cycling, and post them via registered mail to -

What are the shipping charges [+] Show[+] Hide
UK - Flat rate of £3.
Ireland - Flat rate of £5
USA and Canada - There is a flat fee of GBP £15 (approx USD $27) for shipping to North America.
Europe/ EEC - Flat rate shipping between GBP £9 - £28.75 depending on country (Approx EUR 13 - 42)
Australia - There is a flat fee of GBP £25 (approx AUD $51.50)
South Africa - There is a flat fee of GBP £25 (approx ZAR R312)

Are there any Customs duties? [+] Show[+] Hide
There may be customs duties applied to shipments to countries outside the EEC - please check with your local customs office.
How long does delivery take? [+] Show[+] Hide
- Delivery time for international orders shipped by Parcel Force will be from 2 - 7 days depending upon destination country.
- Delivery time for international orders shipped by airmail can be 2 weeks +
- Please allow an extra day for order processing.

What if an item is out of stock? [+] Show[+] Hide
Our catalogue is probably quite small compared with some other mail order companies. It is our policy to only display stock items on the web site, we try to keep multiple quantities of every item, including the less popular colors and sizes. In the event of any item being out of stock (it happens sometimes!) we will advise you on the revised delivery date and you may decide whether or not to continue with your purchase.
How do I know when you've received my order? [+] Show[+] Hide
As soon as we receive your order you will be notified by email. Please ensure that you enter your email address in the specified field at the time of your order. If we have any queries regarding your order we will contact you via email.
How do I track my order? [+] Show[+] Hide
You can login at any time check on the status of your order. You will need to enter your email address and password (your password will be designated by you at the time of your first order) to access your personal account information. Click on LOGIN to login, ACCOUNT to see your account details. Then use PAST ORDERS to find your order, any message we have sent you will be shown on this page. You can also change any of your personal details using this section of the site.
