The legendary fit of the Ergo 3 remains, but the Wire employs a new Tecno 3 closure system that utilizes an exceptionally supple, low-friction line material to dial in the perfect fit. The micro-ratcheting buckles allow easy one-click adjustment in either direction, for simple fine-tuning on the fly. Snug ‘em up, and you're ready to throw down.

Sidi's high-end carbon sole features integrated air vents and channels for heat dissipation. You can open and close the vents to customize the amount of airflow into the shoe. The sole maintains its remarkable rigidity, making it ideal for the high-performance, high-mileage cyclist who requires a sole with great power transfer that doesn't compromise the foot's blood circulation. The Wire features an improved insole compared to the Ergo 3 that has a thin layer of memory foam for added comfort and an antibacterial treatment to fight odor.

The adjustable Heel Security System reinforces the top of the heel cup to improve the fit by more securely closing the back of the shoe around the top of your foot. The HSS adjusts 6mm on either side with the turn of a screw for a custom fit.
