High performance road rim designed to DT Swiss' exacting specifications.
The RR 440 asymmetric is a touch wider than the RR 415 and RR 465SBWT - outer: 21 mm, inner: 19 mm
While still maintaining the integrity and light weight strength known in great DT Swiss products.
The asymmetric properties of this rim help preserve spoke bracing angles and make a much strong stiffer wheel.
This rim will pair perfectly with our 240s or 350 hubs to provide the ultimate all around wheel set.
Strength Boost Welding Technology creates a perfectly welded join for a durable, reliable rim.
Machined sidewalls for powerful braking on a consistent sidewall surface.
Wear indicators show the extent of sidewall wear.
The perfectly aligned stainless double eyelets distribute stress evenly, allowing for 4% higher spoke tensions than conventional rims.
Higher torsional rigidity due to optimised rim profile.
Unique process for the black coating produces a tough and durable finish.
Total integration of all wheel components is now possible for the first time; hubs, spokes and rims from one manufacturer
Presta drilling.

A bit heavier than original mavic cosmos rim I wanted to replace (if anyone cares), but the lacing is stronger, as advertised. Will see how it stands after a few rides...
