I've watched these progress from the original Keo and they do get better each time. these are super light but I worry about the longevity of the bit that pokes out the side. i got 16NM that blade somehow makes it easier to clip in compared to the old spring but once the blade is extended it is harder to unclip accidentally. Nice that you get free grey cleats too.

This is my 2nd pr of Blades, they're a huge improvement over the first generation of Blades which had problems with the heel piece breaking. Mine was replaced under warranty which is this model, as it was redesigned for 2015. I use them on my roadbike and purchased a 2nd pair for my track bike. The wide platform is good for transferring more power. obtw the delivery time was stellar to the USA!
