An Exoskeleton made of composite materials is at the heart of Sine Thesis’ architectural design.
The streamlined fins are just the visible parts. They link the main ‘structural gaps’ in the polystyrene shell and guide the air towards the inside of the helmet.
The air flow is also increased by the fact that only 20% of the head’s surface covered comes into any contact with the helmet. Add to all that the fact that the strap fixture points are embedded inside the shell, thus leaving the exterior of the shell completely smooth, and you can understand why the Sine-Thesis is not only the best ventilated helmet ever designed but also one of the most aerodynamic.
IN-MOULDING INTELLIGENT FUSION - Different densities of material, depending on the characteristics of each model.
FULL WRAP - The polycarbonate shell wraps the bottom of the helmet towards the inside of the shell.

FULL GEL O2 PADDING - Hypo-allergenic, anti-bacterial, made from thermo-stabilising polyurethane morpho-gel. Keeps the head cooler.
