This is not the first Dura-Ace bar end shifter I've owned. I owned a 9-speed one. Then I owned a 10-speed one. Now I've bought an 11-speed one. Oh, how time trialing moves on! All have been ace and well made. Two complaints though, 1) why have Shimano dropped the friction option (Microshift have managed to retain it for !!-speed) and 2) why can't Shimano offer left and right levers separately as well as pairs, both for crash replacements and short distance time trialling. it's expensive to replace both when you only crash on one side!
