Tacx Flow Smart Trainer From  £269.99

This is a great little smart trainer if you want to give indoor training a go but don't want to spend silly money. If you're just dabbling like me, it's great, but obviously not up to the pro level of trainers costing 4 times as much. Seems well built, easy to put together and so far working well.
