I was looking for a post without setback, and there is some adjustment you can make if you want a slight amount of setback. The EVO post is nice and light, and is well made. The tilt of the saddle is completely adjustable as there are no pre-set notches.
The only issue is that if the rails on the saddle slope upwards toward the front of the saddle, the bolts provided barely catch the threads of the clamping mechanism, which is not a safe installation. I had to use a different saddle, and will be looking for a replacement bolt which is longer.
